UKG Workforce Central Mobile App provides secure, mobile access to your Kronos application on-the-go. Allows you to complete basic manager and employee functions. Using the app, you can also review and submit time-off requests and do a lot of other awesome things to enhance your day-to-day experience,

Workforce Mobile has been developed for the Android and Apple phone platforms; includes:
Workforce Mobile Manager ? Depending on licenses and access profiles, managers can:
• Manage Timecards ? Review, edit, and approve employee timecards.
• Manage Timecard Exceptions ? Quickly review and correct most exceptions.
• Manage Employee Requests ? Get notified and address schedule-related employee requests.
Approve, reject, retract, and cancel requests.
• Manage Schedules ? See who is working on a given day.
Workforce Mobile Employee ? Depending on licenses and access profiles, employees can:
• View My Timecard ? View their timecards.
• View My Accruals ? View accruals such as personal, sick, and vacation time.
• View My Schedule ? Check to see when they are scheduled to work.
• Request Time Off ? Submit and view time-off requests. Request open shift and shift swap.
Although Kronos Workforce Mobile provides some of the most common tasks, it does not include all the capabilities of Workforce Central and all manager and employee tasks. Managers may need to log on to Workforce Central to complete some management tasks.
During the install process you will be asked to enter the Server URL setting. Scan the QR code below to configure the Server URL setting automatically. Alternately, you can manually enter https://kronos.bhs.org/mobile
