Important: If this is your first time downloading a Baystate Health app, and you are using Apple iOS 11 or newer, follow these steps in order to use the app:
- On your device go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management
- Under Enterprise App, tap Baystate Health, INC.
- Tap Trust Baystate Health, INC.
- Tap Trust
Baystate Health created WorkWell, the all-in-one COVID-19 app that all employees should have. You can view your COVID test results that result in negative; monitor daily COVID symptoms; and in the near future, schedule COVID vaccine appointment(s) when the vaccine becomes available.
We recommend that every employee working onsite complete the WorkWell wellness screening each day before reporting to work. It is also recommended that offsite/remote employees use WorkWell daily to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms. Note: you can use the app to set a daily reminder to help you remember to complete the screening.
